Yang Dihormati En. Bill Gates,

Saya ada membeli komputer untuk kegunaan di rumah dan saya kenalpasti beberapa masalah yang mungkin Tuan terlepas pandang.

1. Di dalam sistem terdapat butang 'START' tetapi saya dapati tidak ada butang 'STOP'. Saya minta Tuan tolong periksa?

2. Saya sudah pelajari 'Microsoft Word', sekarang saya mahu pelajari 'Microsoft Sentence'. Bila Tuan akan menjualnya?

3.Di dalam komputer saya terdapat 'Microsoft Office', bagaimana dengan 'Microsoft Home' kerana saya menggunakan komputer ini di rumah?

4.Satu soalan peribadi. Nama Tuan adalah 'Gates', tetapi Tuan menjual 'Windows' kenapa tidak 'Doors'?
